Christopher Sitzler, an AD100-listed architect whose website steps aside for the work. The second portfolio we have designed and built for the Berlin architect, named to AD’s AD100 list in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

/ Portfolio redesign
/ Minimal design
/ Long-term partnership
Christopher Sitzler builds with restraint: he intervenes in existing buildings only where it is necessary and lets the original structure lead. His website follows the same rule. We designed and built his first portfolio, then came back to redesign it as the practice grew: three consecutive years on AD’s AD100 list, membership in the BDA, and first prize at the Best of Interior Award 2025, awarded by Callwey and the bdia. The new site strips everything back to the projects, the profile and the services, so nothing competes with the architecture.
/ Project index
/ Typography
/ Image-led layout
We wanted to create a minimal frame. With so little on the page, every margin, every line of type and every image crop carries weight. The project index files each work by its code, programme and scope, the way an architect would, and the images get the full width they need.
